Roger Dominey, a native of Charleston, South Carolina and a graduate of The Citadel, began his insurance career in 1979. Roger is a Qualifying and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table with over 30 years of membership holding the honor of MDRT Quarter Century. He is a member of the Court of the Table representing those members who are in the top 1% of insurance sales worldwide. He was named Jacksonville Advantage’s 2014 Small Business Top 50 Small Business Influencer.
He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) certification from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. He is Past-President of the Hilton Head Association of Life Underwriters and Past-Vice President of the Hilton Head Estate and Financial Advisors. He is Past President of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors—Jacksonville Chapter and Past President for the Estate Planning Council of Northeast Florida. Roger sits on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Home Society of Northeast Florida.
Roger is a member of the Jacksonville Rotary Club and GAMA International. Since 2008, Roger has received the Diamond International Management Award from GAMA.
