Prior to joining Coastal Wealth, Kristin served as Vice President of Recruiting and Growth at OneAmerica, where she led national recruiting strategy across both career and independent channels.
At Coastal, she is focused on modernizing advisor development through practical training, technology adoption, and innovative learning programs designed to help advisors grow their businesses and better serve clients.
