Grace Staten serves as Chief Communications Officer at Coastal Wealth, where she leads marketing and communications strategy across multiple departments, including recruiting, brokerage, and worksite whole life, as well as the Coastal Wealth Foundation and Women of Coastal Wealth. Since joining the firm in 2006, she has played an integral role in shaping the firm’s brand, guiding producers on market positioning, and overseeing all aspects of media relations, advertising, event strategy, and community engagement.
Grace currently serves as President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Florida and is the Immediate Past National President of the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA). She also contributes her expertise on the Membership Committee for NAIFA Florida and previously served as Publicity Chair for the Orange Park Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association.
Deeply committed to community impact, Grace serves on the Board of Directors for Pace Center for Girls and actively volunteers with Junior Achievement. Her leadership within both civic and charitable organizations has been a defining aspect of her professional journey.
Her career in the financial services industry began in 1996, with experience at Ameriprise (formerly American Express Financial Advisors) and Calvert Investments. Grace holds a Master’s in Business Administration (2004) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Jose State University. She has earned the Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP®) designation and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 66 registrations.
