About

Gabe Gould is a Private Wealth Advisor with Coastal Wealth, where he brings nearly two decades of experience and a passion for mentorship, leadership, and client service. A consistent top producer and Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) member, Gabe takes a comprehensive, integrated approach to financial planning, including investments, annuities, life insurance, and holistic strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Before joining Coastal Wealth, Gabe served as a Senior Financial Advisor and Field Director with Northwestern Mutual, where he advised a nationwide client base and played a key leadership role in developing the Charleston team. His commitment to building successful teams and mentoring new advisors has been a hallmark of his career.

Earlier in his career, Gabe held the role of Director of Strategic Growth & Financial Planning at Carolina Capital Management, where he collaborated with a team of professionals in tax, law, insurance, and philanthropic planning to deliver highly coordinated client strategies.

Gabe began his career with New York Life Insurance Company, spending 16 years ascending through multiple leadership roles. As a Financial Services Professional, he was named Agent of the Year in his third year and later promoted to Partner, developing a top-producing sales team that included the #3 income annuity producer in the company. His leadership trajectory continued as he served as Senior Partner (2010–2014), Corporate Vice President for the Northeastern Zone (2014–2017), and Managing Partner for Greater South Carolina (2017–2020). Under his leadership, production and retention grew by double digits annually.

Gabe holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis in 1994.

Outside of his professional work, Gabe and his wife are passionate about giving back. They serve on multiple nonprofit boards and support local philanthropic and arts initiatives. Known for his people-first mindset and leadership style, Gabe enjoys building authentic relationships, mentoring advisors, and engaging in thoughtful conversations about financial planning, leadership, and even pickleball.
