Elliot Barry is a Financial Services Representative committed to helping families and small businesses make informed, values-based financial decisions. As Head of the Rising Leaders Program, he also mentors and develops the next generation of financial professionals, guiding them toward meaningful and impactful careers.
Elliot began his financial services journey more than a decade ago as a student at the University of Central Oklahoma. After graduation, he returned to Pennsylvania to establish his own practice. During this time, he and his business partner, Paul M. Polinsky, founded The Forward Group—an advisory firm built on a shared belief in transparency and client education.
Elliot later relocated to Florida to open The Forward Group’s second office. Now based in Jacksonville with his wife, Elisha, and their children, Stella and Sam, Elliot remains deeply committed to supporting his clients’ goals while continuing to shape the future of the profession. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, family time, and exploring the outdoors.
